**What You'll Do**

**Partner with the Founders**

Work side-by-side with our co-founders in daily activities, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and strategic follow-ups. You'll have an insider's view on how decisions are made and the company is run.

**Drive Key Projects**

Take ownership of special initiatives: from research and analysis to execution. Be the go-to person for cross-functional tasks that support company-wide objectives.

**Optimize Operations**

Identify process improvements that boost efficiency. Recommend solutions, streamline workflows, and help create a more effective, fast-moving organization.

**Communicate & Collaborate**

**Grow into a Leader**

Gain exposure to high-level strategy, finance, product discussions, and more. Develop the skills and insights you'll need to step into higher-level roles, such as Chief of Staff or even a future C-level position.
