Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Data Projects

• Lead end-to-end data workflows — sourcing, cleansing, and summarizing large volumes of data.
• Drive internal AI tooling strategies.
• Design dashboards and trackers (Excel is essential; Power BI is a plus).
• Contribute Python coding and automation solutions for analysis, reporting, and business processes.
• Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the creation of and maintain a data room (VDR).

Operational Management

• Support engagement with advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support and lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain organized GDrive structures and document governance.
• Align inventory and asset records with master data standards.

Executive & Strategic Support

• Partner directly with the CEO to manage strategic priorities, follow-ups, and execution.
• Prepare, structure, and polish presentations, reports, and executive materials (PowerPoint and Excel are essential).
• Oversee task execution and shifting priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
• Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance via NetLife AI and internal platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

What is a Must:

• Availability to work in a
  Hybrid set-up
  , both remotely and in our Cape Town office.
• 3-8 years of business experience
• Exposure to or experience with executive or decision support, including work with data/BI or analyst responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level workflows with discretion, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

What is a Plus

• Proficiency in Python for analysis, reporting, and automation (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI/dashboard tools (a plus).
• Solid understanding of data migration, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
• Experience with GDrive governance and collaboration.
• Competitive team sports experience and interests, proven ability to work under pressure with remote and on-site teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assertive, efficient, and highly organized; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in telecom, SaaS, or other technical sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Airtable and modern productivity platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in pricing, market demand, or operational insights.
• Ability to produce and deliver engaging training or enablement materials.
