Shareholder Identification Operations Associate

The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.

**The Team**:
S&P Global’s Issuer Solutions is a premier provider of market intelligence to issuers globally seeking to engage with institutional investors. You will be working in the EMEA Corporate Advisory team. The team covers public companies based in EMEA, providing corporate advisory services such as Shareholder Intelligence and Advisory.

**The Impact**:
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the team’s current portfolio of clients is correctly recognized on a month-to-month basis liaising with multiple groups across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that monthly figures reported to management are in line with deliveries, that contracts are fulfilled and that upcoming renewals are confirmed. You will keep abreast of changing regulatory requirements and ensure that legal documentation is valid, allowing projects to be delivered in a complete and timely manner. You will have complete oversight over the team workload and projected revenues, helping to accurately forecast the team’s growth and success to the wider division.

**Responsibilities**:
Workload Management and Team Forecasting - Help build and maintain capacity and business forecasting models taking responsibility for the workload management of the team, ensuring that all projects are correctly reflected and accounted for. Advise on resourcing on a monthly basis and liaise with internal finance teams and sales

Salesforce Management - Liaise with sales on upcoming opportunities and client renewals, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and clients serviced appropriately

Document management - Ensure client documentation is valid and up to date with regulatory requirements, liaising with teams on regulatory changes and changing buyside requirements

**What We’re Looking For**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

Very strong Excel skills

Experience with Salesforce or other Sales management systems preferable

Analytical mindset and have strong problem-solving skills

Strong team player who thrives under pressure and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Self-motivated, organized, takes initiative and enjoys new challenges
