Technical Buyer Parts Sales

**To be responsible** for the expediting of all customer parts import and export orders in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner and delivered when required, in order to create and sustain a competitive advantage, thereby contributing to the maximization of company profitability.
**To be responsible** for logístical arrangements of all parts and machines to ensure adherence to agreed customer SLA's as well as developing sources of supply and monitoring supplier performance.

**Responsibilities**
Safety and Quality
- Ensure the execution of all Purchasing functions to be at the highest level of quality.
- Maintains a tidy, neat and structured environment which complies with occupational health standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all Health & Safety policies. Identify any risks within the department & escalate to the relevant manager to avoid any incidents.
- Ensure a proper filing system of all Purchasing related documentation for auditing purposes.
- Perform high level of customer service with industry standard turnaround times for all requests as per agreed SLA’s.
- Build and maintain highly professional relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Comply with internal business policies and procedures and ensure that this enforced and adhered to.
- Ensure proper Housekeeping
Pricing
- Negotiate pricing with logistics and freight suppliers to ensure cost effective importing of all parts and machine orders.
Import Expediting
- Collaborate with the New machine purchases, Telesales Consultants, Parts Sales Supervisor and Purchasing team on import freight requirements and ETA’s.
- Arrange logistics with external suppliers for delivery of parts within agreed customer SLA's.
- Coordinate and expedite all customer exports to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordinate with Freight and Logistics companies for customs clearance and release and transport and freight to designated delivery address.
- Collaborate with CSA to ensure frequent feedback to the customer on ETA's, shipment arrivals in SA, order fulfillment requirements and shipping terms.
- Troubleshoot freight and logistics problems, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure arrival of all parts and machines within agreed ETA's.
- Identify shipping terms and import logistics options to ensure cost effective landed cost of parts to ensure landed costs in line with market prices and parts sales prices
- Expedite import orders for on time delivery.
- Communicate ETA's, orders delivered and delays to the relevant parties.
- Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and legal matters that affect purchasing policies.
- Assist in stores with occasional stores related functions.
Supplier Relations
- Supplier Relationship management through frequent meetings and performance management in collaboration with the Group Supply Chain Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and have frequent performance discussions with suppliers.
- Always ensure good customer service and communication
- Build good quality relationships with Internal Customers as well as external suppliers.
- Ensure world class customer service.
- To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access Rental provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are always treated with the utmost importance
- To promote Eazi Access Rental and do everything possible to enhance its image
- To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
- To work in harmony with other employees in the Company
- To ensure that confidentiality in all Eazi Access Rental matters is maintained
- To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
