Job Description: IT Project Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **IT Project Administrator** to provide administrative and coordination support to our project teams. The role will involve scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT projects within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Manage project calendars, timelines, and task tracking.
- Maintain project documentation (reports, presentations, registers, action logs).
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure project information is stored, updated, and accessible.
- Support procurement, invoicing, and other project-related admin tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or similar role (preferably in IT).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have
- Experience in IT project environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or similar).
