**Duties**:

- To keep offices, tearoom and the laboratory space clean; floors, benches, operate washing machines, dishwashers.
- Sterilize glassware’s.
- Yearly stripping and re-polishing of the floors.
- Assist with making buffer solutions, dilute ethanol for researchers and post graduate students as and prepare for undergraduate students practical’s by sterilizing pipettes, filling ice boxes, making 70% ethanol, preparing sample racks and all that is required to run practical’s.
- Marshalling for student examinations, photocopying as well as any other _adhoc _duties that may arise deemed suitable to perform under such a position.
- Assist in yearly assets verification of 3 departments, AGTRU, HPRU and Molecular medicine and hematology.
- Acting as courier between different sites of the faculty of health science buildings.

**Minimum requirements**:
Standard 10/Matric certificate

Working in the laboratory experience

Interpersonal skills

**Remuneration**:
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
