An opportunity has become available to join a company in the automation sector as an Office administrator and Receptionist.

The role is based in Bellville.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent client-facing skills and telephone etiquette
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Computer literate with proven ability to use MS Office
- Experience working on the Pastel system will be an added bonus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- High customer service ethic - passionate about meeting customer needs

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Deals with questions about organisation
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Provide support to management as instructed
- General Filling and office administration
- Data capturing
- Assisting the logistics department by liaising with customers and correlating orders, packaging items for shipping, stock control, coordinating local orders with job-card numbers and assisting with the assimilation of the serial numbers of incoming goods
- Ensure job-cards are used to track expenses against project or repair work
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Salary**: R12 000 - R15 000 PM (depending on experience)
