**Purpose of Role**: To direct, oversee and manage the Foundation's Association Programme and related projects through strategic engagement with the Association Committee, Fellow community, and relevant stakeholders to meet the Foundation’s Vision. - To inspire and help equip Fellows to become entrepreneurs - To support and assist Fellow entrepreneurs in creating successful enterprises - To build the Fellow community, balancing the needs of Fellow entrepreneurs, Fellows working in the corporate sector, and Fellows studying toward post graduate degrees **Objectives of Role**: **Strategic Management** - Establish the strategy for the Association in line with overall Foundation strategy - Ensure ongoing alignment regarding Association programme objectives and outcomes with Foundation strategic intentions - Establish an engagement strategy for the Association, balancing the needs of all Fellows - Communicate strategy to key stakeholders, both internal and external to the Foundation - Provides strategic input regarding the overall leadership and direction of the Foundation and other Programme teams in particular **Association Programme Management** - Establish and facilitate the development of responsible entrepreneurship among all Association members through strategic collaboration with Association Executive, Foundation and external stakeholders - Create entrepreneurial opportunities and exposure for Fellows, acting as a catalyst for the formation of new business ventures by Fellows - Develop and manage new venture validation process (IVC) to support early stage entrepreneurs and enhance this through feedback-loops from actual experiences - Assist Fellow entrepreneurs in accessing venture funding. Champion E² and drive the promotion of the funding process amongst Fellows - Develop ongoing support structures for established entrepreneurs eg Pitch sessions - Develop and manage a knowledge resource hub that gathers and disseminates relevant information, thought leadership and business information to Fellows. - Establish and develop relationships with external parties and eco-system stakeholders which may be beneficial to Fellow entrepreneurs - Conduct case-studies to showcase “success stories” - Establish, in collaboration with Association Executive Committee, strategic partnerships between Foundation beneficiary programmes. - Encourage engagement and communication, ensuring continued engagement with Fellows, independent of their life stage, career stage or geographical location - Establish parameters then create and maintain community database - Facilitate practical opportunities for the principle of "payback" amongst Fellows, encouraging Fellows to support each other, the wider entrepreneurial eco-system, and their communities - Conduct research on why people are not becoming entrepreneurs and, take a back-ward looking approach to change/enhance the Fellowship practices **Stakeholder Relationship Management** - Build strong relationships with Fellows, understanding their context and requirements so as best to encourage and support their entrepreneurial journeys - Identify potential organisations and institutions that will add value to Fellows and/or the Association - Establish and develop networks within the entrepreneurship development field locally and internationally - Build strong internal relationships particularly with the Fellowship and Scholarship teams - Establish partnerships and facilitate agreements with relevant stakeholders - Maintain collaborative relationships between the Foundation Exco and Leadership Teams and other internal stakeholders - Maintain working partnerships externally between the Association members (regionally and internationally) and their strategic partners (eg E²) - Facilitate and ensure that strategic partnerships align with Foundation practices and protocols - Establish framework and ensure compliance with information protocols across all stakeholders. - Provide an expert strategic advisory service to Executive Committee regarding alignment of objectives, roles, responsibilities and obligations of the Committee. **Analysis & Reporting** - Compile other programme progress reports for the Foundation at agreed intervals - Compile quarterly reviews of Association programme and strategic plans - Compile reports for the Function Forum and other stakeholders **Annual Budgets/Financial Management** - Forecast annual capital & operational expenses in line with programme objectives - Confirm the annual budget in collaboration with the Association Executive Committee - Develop annual operational budget - Manage costs against approved budget - Compile budget report-backs **Experience and Qualifications**: - Identification with the Foundation’s Vision, Mission and Ethos - Recommended (with equivalent) relevent Postgraduate Degree - 5 years relevant experience in similar environment - Passion for involvement in Foundation mission and experience in entrepreneurial developmen
