Our Client requires the service of a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Engagement Manager (Junior)

**POSITION**: Contract role 7 Months

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:

- Service Quality Management

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**ROLE**:

- Own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts.
- Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance.
- Invest on a daily basis in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.
- The digital customer engagement manager takes care of the customers of our clients in the enterprise cloud services organization.
- They are offering comprehensive services to their own clients and the role of the digital customer engagement manager is to communicate directly to customers with a very good technical understanding.
- As the dCEM you will directly communicate with the Groups clients, and strong communication skills are crucial.
