Payroll Administrator

**This role includes, but is not limited to**:
Processing Payroll
Loading of new employees
Preparation of payroll input files
The capture and processing of all permanent and temporary amendments
Investigation of any/all discrepancies by checking payroll against previous month
Capturing of terminations and transfers
Calculation and processing of manual payments when required
Administrative Duties
Maintenance and update of personnel files
Print and distribute payslips if/when required
Ad hoc payroll related duties when required
Ensure filing and scanning is up to date
General
Assist employees with any payroll related queries
Process third party payments
General ledger reconciliation
Assist fellow team members if/where necessary
**Requirements**:
5 or more years Sage 300 payroll experience
Ability to perform under pressure
Must be detail orientated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Ability to maintain data integrity
Strong report writing skills
Protection of confidential information
Bookkeeping experience an advantage
Must have at least 20 years experience - This is a must have - This is a snr role and require extensive experience
It will be a added advantage if the person is from the construction industry - This is not a must
Working Hours 7:30 - 16:00 Mon - Friday
