Company and Job Description: My client is looking for a Payroll Administrator on a 3-month contract. As the Payroll Administrator, youll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the African entities. Youll handle everything from processing payroll inputs and managing benefits, to preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits.Key Responsibilities: Administering HR input and medical aid informationProcessing payroll inputs for timely and compliant salary paymentsPreparing month-end reports and statutory returnsManaging third-party payments and reconciliationsSupporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll documentationGenerating key insights and reports for managementJob Experience and Skills Required:Completed MatricCompleted Diploma in Payroll Administration would be beneficial23 years experience with Sage 300 People and/or PaySpaceAdvanced Excel skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft SuiteExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsA strong sense of accountability, integrity, and confidentialityThe ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure Apply now
