**Job Purpose**:
Our client in the education sector seeks an experienced Sales Consultant. This individual will be responsible for selling tutoring services to schools (private and public), universities and mainly parents who require these services for their children. MUST have entrepreneurial ambitions and focus.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- One year sales experience, preferably from the education sector (not a must)
- Proven ability to sell
- Must be able to travel
- Examples and proof of targets met in the recent month (will be checked)

**Job Functions**:

- Ensure that you meet your monthly revenue targets
- Cold-calling and prospecting tutoring leads from targeted schools and parents
- Establish and maintain relationships with area schools, PTA organizations, educational psychologists, and local corporations
- Create and implement a field marketing strategy for your territory, and ensure all partner schools have the right marketing support for events, classes, and mocks
- Set up speaking engagements, group classes, to generate new business
- Research and attend trade shows, school/college fairs, and other community events
- Implement developed strategies to increase brand awareness throughout the Johannesburg market
- Present proposals to schools (private and public), universities and parents
- Remain abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and opportunities for expansion
- Participate in regular check-in and meetings
- Manage demo’s onboarding and payments for clients

**Skills**:

- Excellent English grammar (Both speaking and writing)
- Excellent computer skills (administrative)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
