**Job Summary**

Bootlegger Coffee Company - is looking for an energetic and driven **Junior Manager** to support daily operations and help lead a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
- Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
- Maintain excellent customer service and high-quality standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, stock control, and rostering
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or junior management role (hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
