Software Procurement and Contracts Coordinator

Games Global is looking for a Software Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join our fast paced and globally evolving business. With responsibility for all software procurement requests and contracts for the Games Global group, this is a role that requires focus and tenacity.
Working with a variety of stakeholders your interpersonal skills will need to be on point to ensure our customers and partners experience a swift and exceptional service.
**What you’ll do**:
- End to end management of all Group software procurement and contract related requests.
- Work with the other Contracts Managers in the group, to lead on the implementation, development and ensure ongoing maintenance of a new Contract Lifecycle Management Software System (the “CLMS”).
- Work with the wider business to collaborate on a variety of policies with specific responsibility for policies related to software procurement contracts.
- Responsible for full review and recommendations in relation to all new software/software renewal contract requests from the Group, ensuring all requirements are understood by the requestor.
- Main point of contact for all software contractual related enquiries from the business or external customers, clients and partners, supporting colleagues who require information or guidance.
- Act as a liaison between the requestor within the group (Game Studios, HR, Games Technology etc), the internal legal team and the group’s engaged external counsel, ensuring accurate instruction to the legal team on all software contract requests.
- When required, arrange for the execution of software contract and related agreements by the relevant signatories in the Group.
- Ensure software contract management requirements and processes are understood, implemented and improved within the Group.
- Assisting Internal Audit, with internal Audits conducted on software contract management processes.
- Ensure the effective administration of software and related contracts by maintaining all software contract documentation, including correspondence, customer contact information, contract revisions, version, statements of work, and any other relevant documents.
- Maintain a detailed list (in the form of a tracker) of all software related contracts currently in force and effect, and those that are in negotiation, in the process of being approved by the relevant stakeholder (Finance, legal, Probity etc) including detailed key information for each of such contracts, in the agreed form.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to simply explain complex issues both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask within a fast paced and agile environment.
- Agile and flexible with ability to cope with changing deadlines and tight timescales.
- Thrive on bringing order to chaos.
- Previous experience in a contract management role would be advantageous.
