**what experience we’re looking for?**
- Matric (Procurement/Business qualification an advantage)
- 3+ years experience in a specific IT hardware and software procurement role
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Procurement - To find and agree on terms of acquiring goods and services from external sources through a competitive bidding process
- Contract Management - To discover profitable suppliers for the division and to create partnerships.
- To further secure Service Level Agreements between internal/external stakeholders and ensure expected service levels are met
- To negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and continuously update the division's vendor list.
- Capture and track assets on asset management system
