**Responsibilities**:
Lead, motivate and support a large admin team within a time sensitive and demanding environment.
Develop plans for direct reports and problem solving.
Eliminate errors and manage data.
Oversee materials and inventory.
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees in your team.
Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions with your team.
Compiling of reports and making sure all information on the reports are accurate. Help promote the company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and implement production, productivity, quality and customer servise standards within your team.
Do Audits of all accounts, making sure all information is correct and on the accounts.

**Skills**:You need to be able to manage a admin team.
Be able to handle and control any conflict matters brought to your attention.
Good organizational skills.
Be able to make decisions that are best suited for your team as well as the company. Attention to detail.
Data entering and reporting skills.
Be able to reach any deadline that is given to you with all accurate work information. You need to have good communication skills to be able to run your team in a professional manner as well as how to delegate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.

**Requirements**:
3 to 5 year's experience working in management.
Bachelor's degree in operations management or related fields.
Well presented.
Well spoken.

We require you to have your own reliable transport.

**Salary**: R55,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:
