**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**

At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Support the Recruitment Manager in leading and managing the recruitment portfolio.
- Assist in developing and managing a team of recruitment officers.
- Help to inform and streamline the end-to-end hiring process.
- Assist in establishing and developing job profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including recruitment agencies.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of assessment batteries and results.
- Support the recruitment strategy for newly onboarded campaigns.
- Optimise the use of all recruitment systems and platforms within Quantanite.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and support project planning for recruitment deliverables.
- Build rapport with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
- Assist in formalising hiring documentation.
- Provide reporting and analysis of recruitment performance.
- Proactively source and analyse data on performance and attrition at 0 to 90 days.
- Regularly audit the hiring process to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
To be seriously considered for this role, we’re looking for the following:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree in BA, BCom, or a Human Resources qualification
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a BPO or Agency environment
- Experience in using recruitment platforms and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
