**Key Responsibilities**

✔ Conduct **market research** to identify opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
✔ Engage with businesses and **develop strong relationships with key decision-makers**.
✔ Analyze **customer needs** and propose tailored business solutions.
✔ Prepare and present **compelling sales pitches and business proposals**.
✔ Deliver **insightful reports and analysis** to help businesses make informed decisions.
✔ Develop and implement **SMART action plans** for business growth.
✔ Coordinate and manage sales activities to **optimize performance and revenue**.
✔ Maintain excellent **customer relationships** to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.

**Who We Are Looking For**

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, International Trade, Business Development, Sales, or Communication**.
**Experience**: Proven success in **sales, business development, or market research**.
Experience in **FMCG, consulting, or international trade** is a plus.
Strong knowledge of **South Africa’s business landscape**.
**Skills & Attributes**: Excellent **negotiation and communication** skills.
Strong **business acumen** and ability to identify new opportunities.
Ability to **analyze customer needs** and deliver effective solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to **work independently**.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
**Bonus Skills**:
Experience using **CRM, sales tracking, and business planning tools**.
Bilingual (English + French or an African language is an advantage).
Familiarity with **project management and strategic planning**.

**Performance Monitoring & Growth**:

- **Half-yearly and yearly individual appraisals**:

- **Compensation Package**:

- **Fixed salary**: $500/month (progressive increase based on performance)
- **Lucrative commission structure** based on generated sales
- **Company-provided resources**: Android smartphone + monthly phone credit + coaching & mentorship and **Car Allowance, petrol** based on performance: minimum 2 months.
