Key Result Areas:

i.e. On the job training, attending prescribed roadshows, conducting your own product training and by personally developing your understanding of tour routes and products we sell to the different market segment we work in.
- To ensure clients are responded to timeously, tasks are carried out and to provide feedback to the relevant parties i.e. Travelers, Suppliers, Agent partners, Sales Support Team, Line Mangers and Managing

Key Performance Areas
