Purpose

Clickatell is looking for a champion to join our growing People team who is inspired and committed to creating a high performing organization. This role is important because maintaining fair, consistent, and fit-for-purpose people practices while enabling growth and opportunities, matters to us.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of organizational development tactical plans, and coordinate change processes, in support of the organisation’s strategic objectives. This will include job evaluation, talent planning, retention, employee experience, reward and organization feedback. The true value add of this role is through the review and implementation of best practice to enable a thriving organisation by designing work that matters and can attract and retain A-Players.

We Do The Right Things - Responsibilities of the Role
- Design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions that support the organization’s ambition to be a high-performing organization.
- Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately aligned with strategic goals.
- Effectively managing the job evaluation process, advising on job design, job descriptions, job titles and the allocation of grades to roles.
- Provide input into organizational assessments, making recommendations for change, assist in designing new structures and roles, to make the organization more efficient.
- Facilitate and influence how our culture and values are represented across the organization in order to gain a sense of community, commitment and inclusion.
- Create change plans that are clear and considered and support the implementation through effective communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate and measure the impact of change in the organisation to further enhance change processes.
- Support the link between organizational design and career development through clear career paths that offer professional growth and guidance on technical skill requirements.
- Develop a sophisticated approach to employee retention that is holistic and meaningful.
- Manage and implement appropriate talent planning processes, tools and programs sufficient to build bench strength and to establish a pipeline of “ready” and aware future leaders.
- Support and enable a global structure that will guide the organization on how to manage promotions and internal mobility.
- Lead effective processes for the identification, development, and retention of HIPO’s to create capacity, enable growth and unlock potential.
- Ensure our organization has a process for gathering, understanding, and acting on organizational feedback throughout the year.
- Evaluating and modifying existing pay programs, policies, and practices.
- Manage the annual pay rhythm and related processes including benchmarking, pay scales, outlier reporting and policy reviews.

**Requirements**:
We Are On A Learning Journey - Requirements of the Role
- Tertiary qualification in human resource management, organizational psychology, or organizational development.
- Work Experience
- 5+ years’ experience working as an OD Specialist or as an HR Generalist with an OD focus, ideally within a high-growth, global organization.
- Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
- Knowledge and Ability
- Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and best practice in key areas such as:

- Reward
- Talent planning and development
- Organisation development particularly around change management and developing organisational culture
- Job evaluation and grading
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and
- externally.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to engage, diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
