**Office Manager / Administrator / Personal Assistant**
A small team of Architects and Designers in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a driven, hardworking, and energetic individual with strong administrative skills to join their team.
Our team offers a turnkey service and specializes in high-end, beautiful, bespoke homes.
**Office Manager/Administrator Role**
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence (screening of calls, message taking and distribution etc.)
- Meeting room co-ordination
- Catering for meetings when required (including coffee and tea when tea-lady is unavailable)
- Manage office supplies (consumables, stationery, etc.)
- Expense processing _(experience in Hubdoc / Xero advantageous) _
- Management of cleaning staff
- Travel arrangements
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Supervise cleaning staff and cleanliness of office space
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
**Personal Assistant Role (including but not limited to)**
- Personal errands where required
- Management of wages (house staff)
- Expense processing / payment schedules
**Qualification and Requirements**:
- Matric (minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Presentable and well-spoken
- Previous admin experience
**Hours**:
08h00 - 17h00
**Salary**:
TBC
