The Commercial Tender Administrator is responsible for supporting the commercial service and sales’ teams, this includes assisting with quotations, identifying tender opportunities, compiling tenders and administrative tasks when required. Your role is essential for a high level of customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

This position is part of the **Commercial Sales Team** located in **Randburg, Gauteng** and will be on-site.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Assist with order processing using Oracle.
- Assist sales team with CRM (Salesforce) updates and funnel health as requested.
- Work with the commercial team (service and direct sales) to achieve customer satisfaction expectations and quicker TAT’s

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Preferred degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or a related field.
- Has experience in compiling tenders and received formal tender training
- Proficient in MS Office, good working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
