**SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND CONTENT CREATOR**

**Readers Warehouse is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing and Content Creator to join our Marketing Team**

**Social Media**
- Implement and manage social media strategy and plan as per content calendar
- Maintain, add and keep content calendar up to date.
- Define social media key performance areas
- Create social media ads for relevant sales as per content calendar
- Regular post to social media platforms and on website as per plan to create activity and growth
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor user engagement as well as communicate with social media users when commenting and engaging on posts. and suggest content optimization
- Create monthly reports to show the success of the promotions/sales for online store only**Content Creation**
- Write regular blog posts
- Create copy for social media posts and ads
- Create regular newsletters
- Any other content creation that may be needed to create engagement and sales

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience within social media in a similar industry
- Experience within E Commerce
- Marketing or social media course or qualification would be an advantage
- PC Literacy
- Knowledge of and experience with all social media platforms

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diep River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Social: 3 years (required)
- E-commerce: 3 years (required)
