Ideally situated in the Mpumalanga Lowveld region of South Africa, Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge has incredible views over the mountains, the bushveld and the surrounding valleys. This stunning view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, give this place a “Serengeti” type ambience.

We are looking for a competent and experienced marketer to join our dynamic team to market our lodge throughout the country.

In this role, you will create compelling content that engages our target audience and drives brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing product messaging, creating marketing collateral, and managing content distribution across various channels.

Job type:

- To start: Immediately
- Office location: White River, Mpumalanga
- Salary: Basic (market related/negotiable)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Relevant marketing diploma or degree.
- At least 2- 3 years’ experience in marketing.
- Computer literate (MS Office suite).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Vibrant, friendly, experienced, implements and follows through new concepts and procedures.
- Must have valid driver’s license (own transport will be beneficial).

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Ndhula’s key products and services
- Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
- Create engaging content, including both blog and social media posts.
- Develop marketing collateral such as presentations and videos
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies is a must
- Proven ability to create compelling and persuasive content
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
- Experience with SEO optimization and keyword research
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify content opportunities
- Good working knowledge of the hospitality industry trends and best practices
