Sandton, South Africa Core Group Southern Africa Full time

Create and maintain relationships in various retail channels while prioritising represented brands and achieving objectives as set by management of these brands. Managing merchandising opportunities and looking for new ideas and executing these to make brands exceed with sales. Support various retail partners with queries and engagement with consultants as well as maintaining support through various stakeholders.

**Key Performance Areas**:
**Strike Rate and Call Cylce**

A-Stores are compulsory to be seen and serviced at a high level. Even split and Strategic planning on Call cycles

**Arrange and Conduct training Sessions**

Provide various retail channels with Training on our Brands

**Merchandising principles**

Merchandising of brands and ensuring that merchandising is maintained.

**Administrative Focus**

Ensure admin is up to date and follow up on deadlines

**Operations Focus**:
**Store Visits**

Store visits, meeting individual store managers, regional managers and presence when doing visits. Providing support to retailers for any and all queries

**Relationship Building**

Create and maintain relationships with Key players in retail channels. Consultants, Managers and Regional Management.

**Ad hoc Requests**

Willingness to engage and execute various requests outside normal spectrum.

**Communication Ability**

Open and professional communication when engaging with internal and external parties. Being active in discussions whether text or interactive.

**Time Management**

Manage store visits timing and prioritise importance of store based on Grading i.e A Stores require maximum time available, B Stores bi weekly and less time needed and C Stores, Once a month

**Qualifications**

Matric

Relevant Diploma Advantageous

**Experience**

3+ Years in Relevant Position in Tech / Retail Environment
