**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage tenders, sales pipelines, forecast sales targets, and track performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Must be able to build a strong Online & Social Media presents.
- Knowledge in Graphic Design & Websites improvement/ building is crucial.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on petroleum and commodities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the petroleum and commodities industry.
