As the Head of Marketing at Regenesys Executive Business School, you will lead our global marketing strategy to drive growth and elevate our brand’s presence in the competitive landscape of executive education. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse clientele and reinforce our position as a leader in holistic and transformative education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to execute campaigns that effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing to engage with prospective and current students.
- Analyze market trends and marketing metrics to report on campaign performance and optimize future marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that resources are used efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
- Foster strong relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Drive innovation in marketing practices and tools, including the use of data analytics and digital technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the education sector or a comparable industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in market analysis and marketing metrics.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies necessary to engage a global audience.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to grow a business in a competitive market.
