This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks while supporting the Pele’s broader marketing and event strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and AI marketing strategies
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and interpret metrics

**Social Media Management**:

- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to monitor and analyse social media engagement metrics

**Event Coordination Support**:

- Ability to assist in planning and executing company events and trade show participation
- Skills in booth management and networking during events

**Administrative and Organisational Skills**:

- Managing contact databases for stakeholders and suppliers
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Handling purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing
- Managing marketing material inventory and ordering supplies
- Assisting with travel arrangements for executives

**Branding Awareness**:

- Ensuring consistency with corporate identity (CI) guidelines across marketing materials

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with different departments and external vendors

**Learning and Development**:

- Willingness to attend workshops, webinars, and marketing courses
- Ability to participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships or part-time work beneficial)
- Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
