We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (In-house) to join our team, based full time on‑site at our Claremont office . As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (In-house) , you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, healthcare, finance, IT, and more to source talent ranging from Registered Nurses to engineers, accountants, and customer service professionals. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Craft compelling job adverts that reflect our brand and attract high‑quality applicants Post vacancies on relevant platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, internal systems) Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and targeted outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and facilitate behavioural assessments Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, assessments, and floor evaluations Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience from start to finish Coach and support hiring managers in structured, competency‑based interviewing Prepare interview guides and tools to ensure effective and unbiased selection Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source quality) Prioritise role fulfilment timelines to minimise disruption to operations Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to stay competitive Act as a Faircape brand ambassador in every interaction Build partnerships with universities, agencies, and professional networks Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience Participate in cross‑functional projects to enhance overall talent acquisition strategy Create job descriptions where required, alongside the hiring manager Qualifications Tertiary qualification, e.g. Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology (advantageous) Experience Proven experience in a high‑volume recruitment role, either in‑house or agency‑based Hands‑on experience using social media, professional networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Skilled in conducting competency‑based interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating talent across a range of roles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness Skills And Attributes Technically savvy with strong computer literacy (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs preferred) Expert in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and niche job sites for active and passive sourcing Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment funnels Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and adaptable Able to remain calm and focused under pressure in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong prioritisation and follow‑through skills – able to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality A positive, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal presence Specific Requirements Clear health record Clear criminal record Clear credit record Two positive written references Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 until 17:00 with a 45‑minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi‑time between 06:30 and 18:30. With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers market‑related salaries, dependent on experience, qualifications, skills and attributes.
