We are looking for a
full cycle recruitment consultant
who has experience generating business and recruiting within the relevant sectors around the
UK
.

You will be working within a team who focus on the
contract roles
.

Duties:

  • Head-hunting, sourcing, interviewing and management of high-quality candidates.
  • Business development as well as account management of their prestigious clients.
  • Sending of CVs, arranging of interviews, taking interview feedback, and closing of job offers in line with the client's procedures.
  • Creation of inspiring adverts and the use of new media.
  • Listen, learn, develop and work hard to become not just a good consultant but an outstanding one

Skills and attributes required:

  • Ideally at least
    three years' experience
    in a pro-active telephone-based sales environment coupled with organizational strengths and computer literacy.
  • Energetic, driven, self-starter who can work both unsupervised and within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • A subtle, professional salesperson who can listen as well as talk, and think about strategic solutions when encountering a problem.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Social media skills.
  • Above all, the right attitude.

In order to qualify you need to reside in CAPE TOWN, South Africa and have experience in full cycle recruitment within the relevant sectors and within the UK.
