Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll functions while maintaining compliance with all statutory regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring precision and adherence to company and accounting practices.
- Maintain and update payroll/employee records, process leave transactions, and manage employee data with the utmost confidentiality.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilise and maintain payroll software systems; collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement improvements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- HR admin.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Sage Pastel Payroll and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Exceptional accuracy and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain payroll-related information.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R10 000,00 per month
