**Job Title: Half-Day Bookkeeper**

Solver Property Services (Pty) Ltd, is looking for a half day skilled bookkeeper. Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives us forward, and we are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Position Overview**:
As a Half-Day Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting tasks for our group of companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple entities within the group.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process payroll and employee expense reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Support the financial audit process by providing documentation and answering auditor inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Experience in handling multiple entities or complex financial structures is a plus.
