- Fully Bilingual ( English & Afrikaans)
- At least 3 Years’ Experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills ( English & Afrikaans)
- Strong Time Management & Administrative Skills
- Neat, target driven, can work under pressure, work well in team
- Telephone Background
- Own car & valid driver’s license
**- Duties (including but not limited to)**
- Answering phone
- (CRM System) Management
- Data Capturing
- Logging calls (Service/ Toner/ Etc)
- Assisting clients with queries
- Managing Opportunities,
- Calling existing customer base
- Courtesy calls
- Generate leads from client referrals
- Quotes, Applications, Contracts, Orders, Invoicing (when necessary)
- Arranging Installations
- Tracking and coordinating copier/ pabx/ cctv/connectivity installations
- Customer retention
- General Office Duties (Scanning, Filing, Claims, Data Capturing etc.)
**Salary**: R8,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (preferred)
