Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Pretoria. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing phone communications, assisting executives, and performing various clerical tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the insurance industry is required as liaison with insurance product providers will be an essential part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
