- Assistant Manager - English - Onsite Johannesburg_
- In this role, you will be responsible for Work closely with and within the HR team and you will be leading important HR projects._
- Responsibilities_
- _Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience to provide a differentiated service to the client_
- _Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.)_
- _Initiate, design, and implement business process excellence improvements_
- _Demonstrate, and seeks to deepen, an awareness of business/industry issues and drivers_
- _Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contributes to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business._
- _Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization._
- _Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests._
- _Operation Management: Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations which include but is not limited to the following:_
- _In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for different geographies._
- _Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues that may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible._
- _Must have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent._
- _Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client._
- _Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems._
- _Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically._
- _Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment._
- _Ensures progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon._
- _Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions._
- _Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually through conference calls._
- _Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualification_
- _B. Com/M. Com/ with relevant experience in HR domain._
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Talent Management experience is required -Experience in Core HR functions._
- _Work experience in team handling role._
- _Workday Experience a plus_
- _HR Domain certification would be a plus_
- _Excellent MS Office and Excel skills_
- _Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices_
- _Quality - Lean and six sigma knowledge and quality driven person_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_
- _Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
