- In this role, you will be leading important projects within the L&D team and implementing /maintaining various HR/ L&D policies and procedures. You will partner with the learning and development team to find out the training requirements within the business for both (on-line content and presentation/ video etc.)_

**_ _**
- Responsibilities_
- _Participate in the performance of the L&D operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience to provide a differentiated service to the client_
- _Identify and finalize vendors for different learning requirements (niche vendors for niche training)_
- _Create training catalog based on Training Need Analysis_
- _Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.)_
- _Drive the Skills Development Training plans for the client by meeting deadlines for the approval and closures of Bursaries_
- _Drive the Skills Development Training plans for the client by meeting deadlines for the approval and closures of learnerships_
- _Ensure meticulous data hygiene for all programs in scope of the role insofar as register capturing and documentation_
- _Prepare and manage reports for WSP/ATR_
- _Prepare and manage reports related to training spend and ROI_
- _Design and roll out employee communications as need for L&D_
- _Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contributes to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business._
- _Experience with relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization._
- _Management of training plans on LMS - refreshing content and roll out training, etc._
- _Understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for South African clients_
- _Raise quality and scope issues that impact delivery and supports the decision-making process._
- _Escalate issues and seek advice with complex issues/problems._
- _Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment._
- _Ensures progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon._
- _Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions._
- _Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually_
- _Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team._
- _Understand and perform reporting duties according to daily/weekly/annual and Adhoc client requirements_
- _Participate in and support during Client visits._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualification_
- _B. Com or Diploma with relevant business / HR Orientation_
- _Strong understanding of BBBEE and Skills Development as a service to clients_

- Preferred Qualification_
- _HR Admin & Coordination experience is required - Learning & Development_
- _Strong understanding of BBBEE and Skills Development as a service to clients_
- _Workday Experience a plus_
- _Excellent MS Office and Excel skills_
- _Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices_
- _Must be comfortable to do ongoing reporting and capturing_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility_
- _Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Must have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent._
