CIB Markets Post Trade Services (PTS) is looking for a Manager of the SA Bonds / Capital Markets Settlement team. This person will be responsible for driving their team and business forward and will be accountable for the end-to-end post trade operations supporting the respective trading desks.

- Operations support and advice: Provide complex specialist operations support, advice and information to address operational issues in the business- Change programmes: Play the role of SME on operational change and efficiency programmes- Continuous improvement: Continuously identify and give input on ways to improve operations in the business- Team and business management: Be accountable for the efficient functioning of the PTS team and linking this into the wider PTS function. Grooming and developing staff and futureproof the business for new requirements.- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standardsEducation

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
