As a Talent Administrator at Monocle your main tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Working closely with our recruitment agencies.
- Conducting relevant background and reference checks.
- Assisting with analysis and reporting on recruitment statistics and talent acquisition metrics including attrition and retention data.
- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- On boarding of new employees.
- Holds a degree within the field of Human Resource Management or other Humanities degree.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience functioning in a general HR capacity.
- Experience in working within a people management function, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
- Be well-organized and energetic and can manage daily tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer skills and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
