**Job Overview**:
This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and genuinely passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft clear, compelling job posts for our clients in line with Talent Sam’s standards
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, platforms, and social media
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific role requirements
- Support background and reference checks
- Maintain and manage calendars for hiring teams and interviewers
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support end-to-end hiring efforts

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with Google Drive, ClickUp, and general productivity tools
- Comfortable conducting initial interviews and reference checks
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles and backgrounds

**Bonus**:

- Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and compliance policies
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
