**Key Performance Area**:

- General secretarial support
- Ensuring all administration processes are completed with high attention to detail
- Verifying all client detail is correct
- Ensuring client understand all procedures and protocols
- Ensuring relevant policy information such as brochures etc is sent
- Being able to deal with client queries and forward to medical aid provide for resolutions
- Being able to effectively deal with correspondence from medical aid provider and clients
- Client liaison: attending to and resolving all queries directly with clients, building relationships and understanding their service requirements
- Collation of all clients monthly and quarterly reporting

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 years medical aid experience processing/ administration
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
- Clear ITC and criminal record
- Previous experience in similar function a requirement, with proven track record
- Computer literacy (intermediate): MS Office suite and excel at an intermediate level; Typing speed: 50+ wpm
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, including problem solving and initiative
