Serving as a key contributor of TransUnion recognized as a leading solutions provider of credit and alternative data services, the Director of Agent Based Consumer Sales and Sales Partnership is responsible for creating and executing consumer sales strategy to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the global markets where we sell to consumers via agent teams. You will lead and develop multiple consumer sales teams, work closely with the US Markets, International Markets, Inside Sales, Market Planning, Business Operations and Product teams (as well as other TU business units) and be accountable for delivering against budgeted revenue goals. Driving sales development and implementation of sold solutions will be critical to the success of the role. You will also be responsible for leading the efforts driving productivity and efficiency improvement for these teams through innovation, new technologies, and process improvement. This position reports into the Head of Global Consumer.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the consumer sales agent teams and related third party vendors.
- Develop and implement consumer sales strategies that drive year-over-year growth across both existing and new consumers (consumer as a customer). Responsible for generating and increasing revenue.
- You will lead efforts to increase productivity and efficiency through innovative solutions incorporating new technologies and process improvements.
- You will hire, develop, and coach a strong team of consumer sales representatives, leads, and managers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure the teams are working efficiently by actively monitoring consumer sales metrics like call volume, talk time, pipeline generation, win/conversion rates, and achievement of annual revenue goals for the business units involved.
- Instill a successful and positive culture via influence that is evidenced by low attrition, high employee morale and exceptional individual and team performance.
- Approve promotional programs and drives successful execution of programs. Drives a consistent sales process and inspects adherence. Manages performance and productivity issues.
- Review Market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, schedules and retention programs. Assists in the development of sales campaigns to accommodate goals of the company.

- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in business
- 10+ years of successful sales operations and sales management experience
- Exceptional business and selling skills: This Agent based Consumer Sales Leader will set a compelling vision for the global sales team and will have an unrelenting and aggressive drive to succeed.
- Demonstrated sales discipline through experience in call center based setting, monitoring, and measuring strategic sales goals and priorities; knowledge and use of next generation sales management tools.
- Enterprise orientation: The Agent based Consumer Sales Leader will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver the best of TransUnion’s products and solutions
- Proven track record of aggressively growing a business in terms of revenue generation and new client acquisition
