About the Company:A landscaping and garden services firm that delivers comprehensive, high‑quality outdoor careranging from weekly garden maintenance, irrigation, JoJo tank installations, tree pruning/felling, pest control, and water‑harvesting solutionsbuilt on passion, craftsmanship, and reliability. Company is based in Randburg to work out of office for the first 3 months and thereafter the position will be hybrid. About the Role:Were looking for a technically minded and self-motivated Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and following up on warm inbound leads, preparing accurate quotes, and driving new business through cold calling and targeted outreach. Youll play a key part in expanding our customer base by understanding our range of garden services and irrigation solutions and translating that knowledge into tailored offerings for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:Follow up on all warm inbound sales leadsPrepare and send detailed quotes and proposalsConduct client site visits (as needed) to assess requirementsProactively source new business via cold calling, networking, and outreachMaintain accurate sales records and pipeline trackingMeet and exceed monthly sales targetsClearly communicate technical aspects of our services, including irrigation and JoJo tank systems Requirements:Technically mindedProven experience in sales or customer service (industry experience is a plus)Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken & written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold callingDrivers license and own reliable transportAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
