**JOB SUMMARY**:
Main Purpose of Position:
To assist achieving target and maintain great customer experience through on-point and professional response.
Servicing existing and new customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

**KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS**
- Receiving of Tenders
- Compile and offer a working solution
- Interact with customers to understand their specific requirement
- Identifying new business opportunities
**Administration and People Management**
- Cold calling/follow up
- Liaise with Vendors
- Project registration
- Attention to details on all quotes
- Drive targeted partner development planning and review
- On-boarding new customers, working closely with relevant divisions such as AR and Legal
- Set-up meetings
- Create a pipeline of business
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist with onboarding of new transacting partners - working closely with the relevant divisions such as Legal and AP.
- Send out meeting minutes and action points
- Providing management with regular feedback
- Learn new products to gain knowledge and acquire improved selling skills
- Revision of quotes as required. Example: amendments to bill of materials and amendments of rate of exchange
- Compiling order pack, working closely with Procurement,
Logistics and AR.
- Arrange courier where needed with relevant division
- ETA requests
- Order tracking
- Manage backlog reports and liaise with relevant Sales to manage the expectancy with customers
- Have a good understanding of the Teams goals
- Understand KPI’s
- Attend Events
- Good understanding of how a specific solution fits for the individual need for the customers - Solutions driven. This includes, but is not limited to: CCTV, Access Control, VMS,
Storage
- Attend training, webinars, vendor portals to improve

**Minimum Qualification**:
- Matric
**Minimum Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years distributor exposure within the Security Industry
- 1-2 years internal sales experience
- 1-2 years vendor exposure
- Excel intermediate
**Nice-to-have Skills**:
- Accpac or similar system experience will be an advantage
- Understanding of network and server builds will be an advantage
