**The Role**:

- The Inbound Sales Representative will be engaging with potential customers and _
- partners through the sales cycle, providing exceptional service and support, receiving _
- orders and exploring additional requirements._
- The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the inbound sales enquiries, taking _
- inbound calls from new and existing customers, making follow-up calls to help customers_
- with their buying queries and decisions._

**Focus Areas**:

- Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM System
- Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes

Key Competencies:

- Customer Service take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service throughout the customer sales cycle.
- Communication Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to customers in a manner that engages, helps them understand and influences them to action and a decision.
- Organisation Establishing ways to ensure that your work is completed effectively and efficiently.
- Team Focus - Actively participate within team to help team achieve collective goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales environment with an **IT Security organization** or Product
- Minimum of a high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of IT/networking
- Knowledge and (6-12 months experience) in Information security related industry
- Must have a minimum of 2 IT/Network/Security related certifications (N+, A+ and/or Security+ or similar)
- Knowledge in using Gmail, Salesforce CRM
- Must be a team player with the **right attitude**:

- Must be able to demonstrate first-hand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description

**Salary**: R25 000 - R 35 000 p/m negotiable
