**JOB SUMMARY**:
Main Purpose of Position:

- Managing the SADC team members.
- Provide leadership and support
- Responsibility for the annual turnover and gross profit as per the FD Budget.
- Driving a balanced brand performance.
- Assisting each team member in the region to achieve their targets.
- Developing new clients to ensure growth targets are met and achievable.
- Interlocking with brand for strategic account planning.
- Interlocking with the vendors to meet sales objectives.
- Develop growth strategies with unmanaged partners.
- Management of Product and Sales
- Remain abreast of product life cycles and price change strategies
- Attend weekly sales meeting and discuss pipelines with the team and assist in resolving issues.
- Managing Margins and profitability of all Deals
- Implement and drive vendor strategy and policies
- Conduct regular Executive feedback sessions
- Prepare annual budgets for General Manager Executive approval
- Continuously ensure that expenses are in line with budget

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Matric / Grade 12 completion

**Minimum Experience**:

- 5 - 8 years’ experience in the IT / Distribution environment
- Experience in managing a team

**Physical Requirements**:

**Office Requirements**:

- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Own reliable transport to and from the office.

**Note**:

- The remuneration package will be discussed during the interviewing process.
- Follow through with a 3-month probation review which will be scheduled by Human Resources monthly.
- You will be required to perform such duties as reasonably required by the business. Your job description may be amended from time to time if it is valid and reasonable.
- You will serve the Company or any Associated Entity in such capacity as management may reasonably require.
- Duties must be performed' faithfully, diligently and to the best of your abilities. You agree to use your best endeavors to promote the best interests of the Company and any Associated Entity.

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Distribution environment: 8 years (required)
- Team Management: 3 years (required)
- Technical Sales Management: 4 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
