**Position requires an internal auditor whose willing to travel into Africa. Its an Ops, Finance and systems position.**
- **Analysis**
- Financial Analysis with alerts, recommendations etc
- Specific cost analysis and alerts, like
- Analysing Service Fee equipment costs for all the countries
- Check on Vehicle Running Expenses and any other welfare related to the fleet
- Km/call
- Productivity checks
- Debtors checks
- Providing help on project costings
- Margin analysis
- **Systems**
- Become the Enterprise/EnterprisePro systems specialist
- Train the trainer, ensure each Country has a Systems champion
- Internal audits on systems and enhancements
- Month end processes are followed to the T and we close in time
- Train new Managers in Country ( cover for Country managers if necessary)
- Set up spreadsheets etc where necessary to enhance Country Management
- Ensure uniformity across zone on systems & reporting
- **Accounts**
- Check Cash flow sheets are completed and submitted in time
- Assist with Budget preparation.
- Do spots checks on stock every time there is country visit
- Go through balance sheets and advice
- Budget variance reviews for accuracy and compliance, finding weaknesses and putting solutions in place to lessen mistakes, enhance value
- **Administration**
- Closure of the week and then month
- Manage managers incentives
- Run and record minutes for weekly meetings
- Streamline all the reports going to ESG go through us including Finance ( debtors, creditors, Budget vs actual)
- Assist with Board pack prep
- Report to Exco whenever the manager is not available.**Inherent Requirements**
- Completed articles and ideally experience in working in Africa- Internal Auditor, Ops, Finance and systems experience- Pref with Africa travel and exposure experience- Must be willing to travel cross-border- Computer literate**What Qualification**
- Accounting/Internal Auditing/Completed Articles
