Manage and evaluate quality of Food Safety Compliance, by regularly completing on-site internal auditors.
- Identify areas for service improvement.
- Drive the quality assurance processes and solutions to deliver required compliance levels.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to provide quality and compliance insights to drive performance.
- Drive effective standard of documentation control.
- Assist team to effectively sort and store electronic and hard copy documents.
- Provide technical and advisory support to internal and external customers
- Highlight key risks to internal stakeholders to drive solutions.
- Utilise networking and development opportunities to remain abreast of the latest trends and technology.
- Lead a process for tracking the status of resolutions of provider audit findings.
- Compile and consolidate related reports.
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritising, and self-development.
- Demonstrate willingness to help others and go the extra mile to meet team targets and objectives in terms of auditing standards.
- BSc/National Diploma in Food Technology/Microbiology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment focused on food safety.
- HACCP and FSSC 22000 experience will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of strong administration skills.
- Must have own reliable transport (with a valid license).
- Must be willing to travel frequently and be away from home to complete and prepare for audits.
- Must be able and willing to work nightshift and weekends.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in managing internal audits.
- Must be a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support teams when preparing for audits
