**This is a permanent full-time role as a Facilities Manager in our Kura South Africa sites. This role is ideal for someone who has**
**At least 5 years’ experience managing multiple sites. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the KSA sites located across South Africa. He/She will need to ensure that their team deliver to the required Kura standard. He/She will be responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. He/She will also manage any building maintenance to maintain the working environment.**

The role includes the following responsibilities:

- Maintaining a high working environment
- Overseeing the maintenance across all SA sites, ensuring that all SLA’s are met.
- Managing the relationship with the Landlords for all SA properties as well as lease negotiations.
- Manage Planned Maintenance; and routine or reactive maintenance / security of limited complexity in assigned buildings.
- Ensure smooth delivery of hard & soft services on all SA sites.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology etc
- Managing assigned work of contractors, in accordance with quality and timing including certifying works and payments.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness (acquiring quotes etc)
- Allocating and managing space between buildings - capacity planning
- Compliance with all statutory, health & safety, security and relevant company policies.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety documentation is kept up to date
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance occurring in the business
- Coordinate building safety inspections including fire drills
- Maintain incident log and report all accidents and incidents
- Monitor and enforce compliance with lease and company policies regarding OHSA
- Delivery is the ISO: 14001 and 45001 standards
