We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns across different platforms (online and offline).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Help maintain and optimize the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date content and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with external vendors where needed to create marketing collateral.
- Manage and grow social media channels by posting content, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and webinars as part of broader marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
- Assist with budgeting and ensure all marketing activities stay within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the marketing team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
