**Junior Marketing Coordinator**

Life & Brand Portfolio are looking for a dynamic junior marketing coordinator based in Gauteng to work on some of the portfolios brands together with the management team. Working in coordination with the Cape Town based head offices, the role requires a great amount of initiative, organisation and people skills.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

- Assist in the development and implementation of the Gauteng region's marketing efforts under the guidance of the relevant Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator
- Taking direction from the Gauteng Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator, the Group Events & Marketing Manager, and Regional Manager.
- Coordinate the content of various campaigns onto relevant social media platforms and link the material to websites and other platforms.
- Updating the live entertainment document to track bookings and costs as soon as they are confirmed.
- Liaising with printers and other suppliers for the Gauteng region
- Executing and sourcing corporate and private functions for each venue
- Plan and execute all group and function inquiries for all JHB stores of 20 people or more
- Prepare function sheets and ensure all bookings are accurate in line with SOP’s.
- Managing Franchisee stores such as Tiger’s Milk Kyalami, Tiger’s Milk Hilton, and more - this will be clarified throughout the next few months
- To follow through with a Franchisee; plan, checklist, and weekly meeting with each franchisee to ensure they are satisfied with all marketing & event initiatives
- Assist the group’s Influencer manager by sourcing and managing relevant influencers and media titles
- Assists with digital vouchers and i-care cards
- Check-in with the stores on any marketing material they may need - prints, table talkers, collateral
- Ensure accurate timeous invoicing and payments received are loaded onto Kissflow
- Travel between the various restaurants throughout Gauteng/Cape Town
- Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as per operational needs and per management requests
- Working hours will also vary, as attendance to some brand events is required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Marketing/to have studied Marketing/hospitality and have an understanding of the industry (0-2 years’ experience) is required
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Team player and can work well within the team
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license is essential
- MS Office proficiency
